We consider a range of property types and conditions. Please contact us with the property type, location and details so we can assess whether it may be suitable.
Yes, we can consider company let agreements. The proposed terms and any relevant clauses are discussed and agreed with the agent or landlord before proceeding.
Our preferred term is three years, with a one-year break clause and eight weeks notice. We may consider alternative terms depending on the property and circumstances. Please contact us to discuss.
Rent is paid monthly in advance on an agreed date by bank transfer to the landlord’s or agent’s nominated bank account, as set out in the agreement.
We consider both furnished and unfurnished properties. Where required and agreed, we can arrange furnishing and staging through our interior design and sourcing support.
